• Delivery can be expected within 2 – 7 working days of placing an order.
• You agree and confirm that, in the event any product delivery is delayed or is returned from its destination on account of a mistake by you (e.g. providing the wrong name or address or other incorrect/misleading information), any additional costs incurred by the Company for redelivery of the product(s) shall be borne by you.
• Your order will be fulfilled by the delivery date set out in the Dispatch Confirmation or, if no delivery date is specified, then within 14 days of the date of the Dispatch Confirmation, unless there are exceptional circumstances. In the event of delivery not being possible within 14 days of receiving the order, we will undertake to keep you informed of any changes and give you the option to cancel the order and receive full refund of money paid.
• Product prices and delivery charges are liable to change at any time, but changes will not affect orders in respect of which we have already sent you a Dispatch Confirmation.
• Payment for each order will be taken from your credit, debit card or bank account. All payments are subject to authorization by your card issuer or bank.
• We offer a “no questions asked return and refund policy” (please see the Returns and Refunds section). The product has to be returned to us within 24 hours of your receipt of goods. Please note that postage or other return costs will be the customer’s responsibility and will be reimbursed by us on receipt of the returned goods provided they are in their original packaging, have not been opened or used and any seals on the product remain unbroken This could take up to 30 days although it will be acted upon immediately. We will take the returned product back with us and refund the value of the returned product. For queries related to product returns, you may send an email to info@indicliving.com quoting your Order ID. We will be happy to address your concerns.

17.RETURNS AND REFUND:

We aim to provide our customers with excellent quality products. In case, you are not satisfied with the products delivered to you, you can always return the products and get refund. The return of the products should be initiated by you within 24 hours of delivery, considering the perishable nature of the products. Once the products are collected from you, the refund process will be initiated and it will take 7 working days.

18.ENTIRE AGREEMENT:

This agreement constitutes the whole agreement between the parties with respect to any and all use of the website to avail our service. This Agreement super seeds any and all kind of previous understanding between the parties.

19.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:

The owner can not be held liable for any damage that might occur to any of the user for the use of the website.

Links from other organizations and other internet web services might appear on this website but such linked sites would not be under the control of this website. 21.VIOLATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS :

22.WAIVER:

Failure or delay on the part of Indic Living to execute any right, remedy, power or privilege in the course of dealing with the parties will not result in waiver. A waiver by any of the party can be done only when such consent for such waiver has been obtained or expressed through writing and signed by both parties. Waiver or breach of one right, remedy, power or privilege will not result in waiver or breach of any other right, remedy, power or privilege.

23.GOVERNING LAW:

The terms mentioned in this page will be governed by the laws of India. The courts of

Bengaluru will have the exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Any legal action against us shall be commenced within 30  days of arising of the cause of action. Any failure to commence a legal action with this period of time will make the suit time barred.
